SRR and present the open source resources we have contributed as part of the PhysioZoo initiative (https://physiozoo.com/) and for the analysis of heart rate variability (HRV), oximetry (SPO2), electrocardiography (ECG) and photoplethysmography (PPG) time series.
Sleep Data Analysis Showcase The Sleep Data Analysis Showcase is a series of short 10-15 minute talks, each of which highlights new techniques and open source toolboxes for the analysis of sleep data, with an emphasis on applications to NSRR data.
